Palesa Rantsoareng has 16 years diverse Management experience. She has been responsible for successfully growing a number of organizations within Hospitality, Tourism and Construction fields. Palesa is a dynamic entrepreneur and leader with highly developed skills in strategy development & implementation, operation management, financial management, project management, as well as developing and leading teams.
Palesa is the founder and owner of Khanya Cleaning Service which specializes in cleaning, hygiene and gardening services since 1999 to date. Founder ,Shareholder and Director of Rantsoareng Hotel Group which has six hotels in the Free State President hotel 4* , Ilanga Estate 4*, Welkom Inn 4* , Welkom Hotel 3*,Kloof lodge 3*and Philip Saunders 4*; founder , Shareholder and Director of Hambanathi Corporate Travel ,providing all travel related services, flights, accommodation ,car rentals, door to door shuttle services, cruises, private planes, application for visas, foreign exchange etc. She is Shareholder and Executive Director of Ruwacon, one of the biggest construction company in South Africa.
Palesa was board member of Free State Services Seta responsible for the skills development in the Province and Free State cricket board and is now a Board Member of Free State tourism board and Free State skills development council responsible for organizational operational guidance to the Board and serving in different committees.
She has been awarded various accolades not limited to Dynamic Business Woman 2002 , The First State Heroin’s Awards 2013,Provincial Tourism Awards 2009,Meritorious Award winner of South Africa most influential woman in Business and government 2012.
She is a low profile philanthropist who founded the Rantsoareng foundation which donate yearly to two charities, one children and one old age home under two annual events The Nelson Mandela day and phenomenal woman.

Persi obtained a degree in Tourism Management from the Central University of Technology and did her her practical’s at Sure Etnique Travel where she started as Receptionist then trained as a Travel Consultant .She has been in the industry for more than 7 years. She is passionate about her work and very dedicated in making travel arrangements for clients. She has experience in Marketing and now she is currectly the Travel Manager for Hamba Nathi Travel. She has a wonderful personality and her energy just adds towards her passion in travel.
